Cancellation Policy


Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival for all bookings made on our website (7 days in July/August)
If the deadline has passed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or postpone your reservation.
In case of exceptional circumstances, a postponement to a later date can be considered by contacting our customer service. You will be asked for proof of this.
If you do not know yet the new dates, a voucher of the total amount of the reservation will be issued to you, and will be valid for 18 months.
